We take your privacy seriously. Here is what data we process, why, and what rights you have.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Alan Matúš, a sole trader operating under the business name Code Innovative, Business ID (IČO) 54 450 748. Contact: info@codeinnovative.com.
2. Purpose and legal basis
We process personal data from the contact form (name, e-mail, phone, message) to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Data we process
We process only the data you provide: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. When you visit the website, your IP address and browser data are processed technically to the extent necessary to serve and secure the page.
4. Retention period
Enquiry data is kept for 12 months after the last communication. If a contract is concluded, data is kept for its duration and afterwards according to statutory periods (accounting and tax law).
5. Recipients
Data may be processed by our contracted hosting and e-mail providers bound by data processing agreements. We do not transfer data outside the EU and never sell it to third parties.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and the right to object. Send requests to info@codeinnovative.com. If you believe processing violates the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
7. Cookies
